Hi! I'm Cesar. I’m a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, a Professional Coach, and the founder of No-Fluff Coaching.

My journey in tech has been anything but a straight line. From my early days in engineering to business roles and now as a Senior Program Manager and Professional Coach, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate a career in this industry. I’ve experienced the highs of success and the sting of rejection, and I’ve learned that a fulfilling career is about more than just a job title.

The "No-Fluff" philosophy was born from my own experiences and a desire to cut through the noise. I grew tired of corporate jargon and one-size-fits-all advice that didn't lead to real results.
